Learner ages and account flows
Mind Craftii’s intended educational audience is ages 5–20 inclusive, including age 20. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, a child is a person under 18; learners aged 18–20 are adults.
Current family features use an adult parent or guardian account with under-18 child profiles. There is no independent adult-learner registration flow through these features. Parental consent requirements for children are separate from administrative account approval and verification.
About the service
Mind Craftii is an educational initiative under BusyTags, operated in India by teachers and technology developers. Learn provides educational lessons, quizzes, progress records and private Ask Teacher support. Intended learners are ages 5–20 inclusive in India, including learners aged 20. Current child-profile features require parent-managed accounts and privately recorded child age (0–17) or date of birth; these terms do not introduce an independent adult-learner flow. Content availability and enrolled classes/modules depend on the actual service provided.
Accounts and parents
Use accurate information, protect account credentials and complete required guardian review/consent. An adult parent/legal guardian must create/approve every minor profile and supervise appropriate use. Keep photos and question content suitable for learning. Parents can manage consent, Ask Teacher, photos, correction and deletion. Do not share account passwords/OTPs with staff or other users.
Acceptable use and Ask Teacher
Ask Teacher is private educational communication with authorized staff, using text/images/audio/video and follow-ups; teacher replies support text/images/audio. Do not submit illegal, abusive, sexual, exploitative, threatening, misleading or unrelated content; do not impersonate others, expose private information or bypass security/access limits. Staff may moderate/quarantine content, restrict features or investigate misuse. Report inappropriate content or interactions promptly at mindcraftii.edu@gmail.com or through Report an Issue when available. That support channel is not a dedicated report/block control within an Ask Teacher thread. Parent controls can disable Ask Teacher; we do not claim that users can currently block an individual teacher or that every communication is actively monitored or automatically moderated. No public child feed or anonymous public chat is provided. Teachers must use learner information only for authorized education/support duties and must not submit identifying private learner material to external AI.
Subscriptions and acquisition
Learn is consumption-only. Access may be arranged outside the Android app and is limited by subscription dates, account/consent state and exact enrollment. No Android checkout or automatic-renewal arrangement is created by these terms. Expiry/revocation can end online and cached access under the bounded offline rules. Subscription Terms explain duration and cancellation. Once a website-arranged subscription has been activated and the purchased access made available, Mind Craftii does not offer routine change-of-mind refunds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Unused time or voluntary cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a prorated refund where that exclusion is lawful. This exclusion does not waive mandatory consumer rights or remedies when paid access was not supplied or could not be activated as agreed, a material deficiency or misrepresentation requires a remedy, a transaction was duplicated, erroneous or unauthorized, or a refund is otherwise required by law. Eligibility depends on the actual transaction, agreed service and applicable law; activation alone does not defeat a mandatory remedy. See the Refund Policy for payment disputes.
Content and intellectual property
Mind Craftii or its licensors retain rights in teaching materials/software. Use provided content for authorized personal learning; do not redistribute, commercially exploit or bypass access protection. You retain rights in your submitted material and give the limited permission necessary to store, deliver, moderate and answer it within the educational service. This is not promotional/media consent and does not authorize sale or AI training on learner data. Do not submit material you lack permission to use.
Availability and enforcement
We use reasonable efforts to provide the agreed service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, universal device compatibility or a particular academic result. We may suspend/restrict access for security, unlawful use, account/consent problems or entitlement expiry, with appropriate explanation/support where practicable. These terms do not exclude responsibility or remedies that applicable consumer law makes mandatory. For service/access failures contact support rather than sharing sensitive payment credentials.
Privacy, deletion and changes
The Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice and Parent Consent Notice explain data use and choices. Parent-confirmed deletion starts immediately without administrator approval and retries automatically if cleanup is processing, with disclosed legally justified retention/provider-backup exceptions; separate website enquiries need a separate request. Inactive account/learning retention normally follows two years from the later of expiry and last account/learning activity, under operator review. Website notices announce material changes; affected learning/Ask Teacher requires current material privacy/child-consent acceptance.
Law and contact
Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts/consumer or other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law; no invented city or exclusion of statutory forums is specified. Deletion and retained records
After an authenticated deletion request is accepted, service access ends immediately and deletion processing begins. We normally aim to complete application account and associated data deletion within 30 days of acceptance. This is a service target, not a discretionary waiting period or a promise of erasure from every third-party backup. If cleanup fails, the durable request retries automatically while the service is running; use your receipt to check status or contact mindcraftii.edu@gmail.com about a delay. Any retained records must have a specific legitimate legal, security, accounting or documented-hold basis and follow the disclosed retention periods. Deletion is not conditional on a fee, subscription upgrade, refund waiver or administrator approval. The Account & Data Deletion page explains ownership checks, recovery and receipts; the Privacy Policy explains retention, external enquiries and backups. Delivered offline content cannot be recalled instantly from a disconnected device.
