Privacy & consent

BusyTags uses the information you submit to respond to messages, appointment requests and surveys. Only authorized administrators can read these records.

What we collect

Forms collect the fields shown to you. Necessary cookies remember your consent choice and, for administrators, maintain sign-in. Server security uses a keyed hash of your network address for short-lived rate limits, not a readable address in your form or consent record.

Accept All permits a one-time snapshot of your language, time zone, screen dimensions and referring website origin. Precise location is collected once only if you choose Accept All and grant browser permission. We do not continuously track location or install advertising trackers.

Your choices

Use the button below to change your choices at any time. Choosing Reject unnecessary removes optional metadata and location from your consent record. A minimal history of consent choices remains for accountability. Contact us to request access or deletion of information you submitted; include enough context to identify your request.

Storage

Records are stored using Google Firebase. Submissions are scheduled to expire after one year, consent records after 180 days, and rate-limit records after their short security window. Automated deletion depends on the configured database retention policies. Hosting and Firebase may retain their own operational logs under their service policies.
