Learner ages and account flows
Mind Craftii’s intended educational audience is ages 5–20 inclusive, including age 20. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, a child is a person under 18; learners aged 18–20 are adults.
Current family features use an adult parent or guardian account with under-18 child profiles. There is no independent adult-learner registration flow through these features. Parental consent requirements for children are separate from administrative account approval and verification.
Getting help
For Mind Craftii Learn account access, password and sign-in help, guardian review, learning questions, subscription entitlement support, privacy or deletion assistance, email mindcraftii.edu@gmail.com. Firebase password reset is available from sign-in. Ask Teacher is for private educational questions with parent approval; support is not public child chat.
Safe support and your rights
Never send passwords, OTPs, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords or unnecessary government-ID copies. If you choose to contact us by email or WhatsApp, the information you voluntarily provide is processed for your requested support/business purpose outside the primary Learn database. Request separate deletion of those support/enquiry records through the same email. Learn has no Android checkout. Support does not change your statutory consumer/privacy rights.
Deletion and payment help
The Account & Data Deletion page links directly to the request service, including password reset and deletion-only email recovery when enabled. Accepted deletion ends service access immediately; application deletion normally has a 30-day service target with disclosed limited retention. A complaint or payment dispute is not a prerequisite or veto. The Refund Policy excludes routine change-of-mind refunds for activated website-arranged subscriptions where lawful and preserves mandatory remedies for non-supply, activation failure, material deficiency, misrepresentation and duplicated, erroneous or unauthorized transactions.
Optional app support reports
When Report an Issue is available in the app, signed-in parents, students and teachers can choose a category, describe an issue and optionally attach an image. Avoid passwords, OTPs, identity documents and unnecessary information about children or other people. A child using a family workspace submits under the family account; a parent can help prepare the report.
Authorized administrators privately review reports to provide support and handle privacy or technical issues. Other users and teachers cannot browse reports. Descriptions and images are protected in storage; selected images are checked and unnecessary image metadata is removed. Report status and administrative actions are recorded for accountability.
Resolved reports follow the existing 30-day completed privacy-request retention period. Family account deletion removes linked app reports and images. Minimal security and administrative audit records, legally required records and protected backups follow the Privacy Policy. Email and website enquiries remain separate; contact mindcraftii.edu@gmail.com for those records.
