Learner ages and account flows
Mind Craftii’s intended educational audience is ages 5–20 inclusive, including age 20. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, a child is a person under 18; learners aged 18–20 are adults.
Current family features use an adult parent or guardian account with under-18 child profiles. There is no independent adult-learner registration flow through these features. Parental consent requirements for children are separate from administrative account approval and verification.
Contact and verification
Contact the grievance/support channel at mindcraftii.edu@gmail.com for access/a copy, correction, withdrawal, photo removal, account deletion, separate enquiry deletion, payment disputes or complaints. Include an account reference and a short description. Ownership checks before disclosure or deletion are limited to confirming identity and authority, not discretionary account activation. Do not send passwords, OTPs, CVV, UPI PINs or unnecessary identity copies. The published Grievance Officer role and email do not identify a named officer or confirm all legal-identity requirements.
Response timelines
We aim to acknowledge privacy requests promptly and resolve them within 30 days or a shorter legally required period. For consumer complaints, where the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules apply, acknowledgment within 48 hours and redress within one month are required. For content/misuse complaints our service target is acknowledgment within 24 hours and resolution within 7 days; any shorter applicable legal period takes priority. These content targets are not a claim that the service qualifies for a particular intermediary exemption or that every complaint has the same statutory deadline.
Deletion and separate enquiries
Accepted authenticated account-deletion requests immediately end service access and normally aim to complete application deletion within 30 days; no administrator approval, fee or refund waiver is required. See Account & Data Deletion for recovery/status and the Privacy Policy for limited retention/backups. Parent privacy controls also support authenticated requests. There is no parent self-service family export; authorized administrative tools can fulfill a verified access request. Email, WhatsApp and website enquiries require a separate deletion request. The Refund Policy preserves mandatory consumer remedies.
