By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the Services only with involvement of a parent/guardian.

We may restrict or suspend access to comply with legal requirements or to protect the Platform and its users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• ✓Keep your login details secure and do not share them.
• ✓Provide accurate information during sign-up and keep it updated.
• ✓Notify us via the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

SkillsUp provides learning content and practice experiences (including simulators and, where applicable, optional softwares environments). Course content, structure, and availability may change over time to improve learning outcomes.

Certificates (if offered) indicate completion of defined requirements for a specific course or module. Certificates do not guarantee employment, income, or a specific skill level.

If a course includes softwares (including VPS-style environments), you agree to use them only for learning and testing within the intended scope. Any misuse, including attempts to access systems or data you do not own or have explicit permission to test, is prohibited.

Pricing, plan features, and what is included (e.g., softwares, support, certificates) are described on the relevant course/plan pages. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

Refunds, if offered, follow the policy shown at purchase or communicated in writing for your plan. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please reach out via the Contact page with your order details.

We may use third-party payment processors. Payment processing is subject to the processor’s terms in addition to these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes (but is not limited to):

• ✓Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
• ✓Using the Services to create, distribute, or facilitate malware or harmful content.
• ✓Sharing, reselling, or publicly distributing course content without permission.
• ✓Interfering with the Platform’s security, performance, or availability.
• ✓Impersonating others, or misrepresenting affiliation or identity.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Services (including course materials, text, visuals, UI, brand assets, and platform components) are owned by SkillsUp or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal learning (or internal business learning if explicitly allowed by your plan). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Services except where permitted by law or with our written permission.

If you submit content (such as project uploads, comments, or support messages), you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant SkillsUp a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them to improve the Platform without obligation to you.

The Services may reference third-party tools, resources, or links. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available basis. While we aim to provide accurate and useful learning content, we do not guarantee that content is error-free or that it will meet every learner’s goals.

SkillsUp does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Outcomes depend on your effort, prior knowledge, and practice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkillsUp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to SkillsUp for the relevant Services in the period permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services will stop. Certain sections (like IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting an updated date on this page).

Continued use of the Services after updates becomes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where required, disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts/tribunals with jurisdiction.
